FAQ
Do my points expire?
Not as long as your account remains active. After 18 months of complete inactivity (no login, no order) we send a reminder first — only then do they expire.
Can I redeem points and use a discount code at the same time?
Yes. Points are separate from promo codes. However, you cannot redeem more than 50% of your order total in points.
What if I return my order?
The points you earned for it are withdrawn; the points you redeemed become available again. Fair and transparent.
Is this halal?
Yes. No interest, no advance credit structure. Points are loyalty, not debt or a credit line.
