14-day return window — no questions asked
Not satisfied? Return the product within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you within 5 working days. We only want you to be truly happy with your purchase.

How to return

You will receive a return label
We will send you a return label by email within 24 hours. Attach it to the original packaging (or a similar box) and drop it off at a PostNL point.

Refund within 5 days
Once we have received the package, we process the return within 2 working days and refund the purchase amount within 5 working days to the same payment method.

Conditions
Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are normally borne by the customer (approximately €5 for NL, €8 for BE). If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we pay the return shipping.
What if the product is defective?
Send photos to info@thebarakahlab.nl within 48 hours. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement immediately and cover the return costs.
Can I exchange for a different product?
Absolutely. Place a new order for the desired product and return the old one. If that is inconvenient, let us know via WhatsApp and we will sort it out manually.
Which products cannot be returned?
- Personalised products (e.g. custom calligraphy)
- Gift vouchers
- Perfume whose seal has been broken (hygiene)
- Digital downloads
Return after 14 days — is that still possible?
Strictly speaking, no — but send us a message describing your situation. In exceptional circumstances (gift that arrived just before delivery, travel, etc.) we are happy to work something out.
