Where do I find my order number?
In the confirmation email we send immediately after your order. The format is BL-YYYYMM-XXXXXX. Not received it? Check your spam folder or email us.
How long does shipping take?
NL/BE: 1-2 business days via PostNL or bpost. DE: 2-3 business days via DHL. Orders after 14:00 are dispatched the next business day. During Hajj/Eid peaks: add 1 day.
My tracking code isn't working
Carrier systems can take up to 4 hours after dispatch before they are updated. Still not working after 24 hours? Email us your order number and we will investigate personally.
My parcel is damaged / lost
Take a photo immediately and email us within 7 days. We will send a replacement without hassle — shipping insurance is our responsibility, not yours.
