Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. If you provided your WhatsApp number at checkout, you will also receive updates there at every status change.
Changing the delivery address
If your order has not yet been shipped (status "In preparation"), you can still change the delivery address via contact. Once dispatched, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Delivery to neighbours or a pick-up point
With PostNL you can choose via the track & trace link: delivery to a neighbour, a pick-up point, or a different day. If you are not home, the driver will try once more; after that the parcel is automatically taken to a pick-up point.
Shipping during Ramadan or Eid
Around Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha delivery times may be 1–2 days longer due to higher volumes. We communicate specific cutoff dates for Eid gifts separately via our newsletter.
