Terms and Conditions
Plain language, no legal maze. These are the rules under which we sell products to you — based on Dutch law and in line with European consumer regulations.

1. About us
The Barakah Lab is a trade name of Dogan Group B.V., registered at Grotestraat 46, 5431 DK Cuijk. Chamber of Commerce 89971418, VAT number NL864186430B01.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between The Barakah Lab and customers. By placing an order you accept these terms. Deviations must be agreed in writing.
3. Offers & prices
All prices include 21% VAT (NL/BE). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change; the price at the time of ordering is binding.
4. Formation of agreement
The agreement is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or limit quantities, for example when fraud is suspected.
5. Delivery & transfer of risk
Delivery takes place at the address you have provided. The risk of damage or loss lies with us until the moment of handover to you or a person designated by you. Read shipping for rates and delivery times.
6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
Consumers have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. See the returns page for the process. Exceptions: personalised products, gift vouchers, and perfume whose seal has been broken.
7. Warranty
You are entitled to what you may reasonably expect from a product (conformity). In the event of a defect we will take the product back or offer a replacement. Contact us within a reasonable period.
8. Payment
Payment is made via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, or cash on delivery (within NL). All payment processing is handled by Mollie (PCI-DSS compliant).
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
10. Applicable law & disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are settled by the court of Oost-Brabant, 's-Hertogenbosch, unless the law provides otherwise. You may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
